Here is the full process of our build, feel free to browse step by step!
Phase I: Needs Collection Phase (March 18-June 2024)
Goal: From the Idea. Define the product function and appearance.
-Temperature alarm -Smoke alarm
-Camera monitoring -Flame Recognition
-Data storage -Battery indicator
-Simple and elegant appearance, lightweight technology
-Compact PCB
Phase II: Component Selection Phase (July-August 2024)
Goal: Identify the core hardware modules.
-Vibration alarm unit, MCU system, power supply components, panel components, memory modules
-Various sensors (flame, temperature, smoke)
-Camera module, infrared module, etc.
Phase III: Functional Development Phase (September-October 2024)
Goal: Realization of all preset functions.
-Various types of detection (temperature, smoke, flame) and camera linkage
-Power management, data logging, execution of alarms
Phase IV: Design phase (October-November 2024)
Goal: Design user-visible and mounting structures.
-Aesthetically pleasing shapes (front, back, sides)
-Design of the position of each component: indicator, camera, clips, buttons, charging points, etc.
Phase V: PCB design phase (November to December)
Goal: Electronic system layout is complete.
-Power supply boards, main control boards, panels and sensor modules
-Dual or multi-layer wiring distribution diagram
Phase VI: Functional commissioning and prototype production (January-February 2025)
Goal: Complete testing and sample manufacturing.
-Function debugging: all kinds of alarms, data acquisition, camera control, power management
-Sample production: shell structural parts, PCB motherboard, power board assembly
